Our community offers thoughtfully designed studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with a variety of modern layouts, sizes, and finishes. Whether you are looking for an efficient studio or a spacious two-bedroom home, our floor plans are designed with modern downtown living in mind.

Our residences range from approximately 534 square feet to 1,415 square feet, depending on the floor plan. Each layout offers its own combination of space, flow, and features. We recommend exploring our floor plans to find the home that best fits your lifestyle!

Pet Policy

Absolutely! Our community includes a dedicated dog park, pet run, and a pet spa and grooming area, making it easy to give your pets a comfortable home of their own.
A one-time non-refundable $500 pet fee is due at the time of move in and $25 monthly pet rent per pet. An annual fee per animal is also paid to OurPetPolicy per pet to create and update a pet profile. Additional requirements and breed restrictions may apply.
